By doing so, we can plan logistics in advance and organize collective transport 🚚, optimizing our carbon footprint. In practice, this means we focus on ensuring that truck trailers are optimally loaded. For instance, if an event is 40 days away, and we have one full trailer and another half-filled, we seek additional clients to fill the remaining space 📦 This approach allows us to maximize space efficiency, for example, we know a half-trailer can accommodate a booth of 50-60 m2, and we won't accept orders for larger booths once we're at capacity. This strategy helps us avoid situations where we have to send vans for individual booths, which are reserved for our regular customers. Our order acquisition process is designed to be optimal in terms of sustainable transport and resource utilization. We encourage you to send us your brief.
