VNV Global AB has marked down Voi Technology's valuation by 9.3% to €334.8m Here is everything you need to know: 👉 VNV used 3.2x revenue multiple, down from 3.7x in Q3 2023. 👉 VNV claims that Voi was adj. EBITDA breakeven in 2023, going from €31m EBITDA loss in 2022 to ~€0 in 2023 👉 VNV views Dott/TIER Mobility merger as a positive news for Voi as it removes competition in overlapping cities and the challenges in integration would take much more efforts and time according to them 👉 they also cited an unconfirmed news article in their quarterly filing that put Dott+Tier's EBITDA loss at €55m It is strange that VNV is sticking to a much higher valuation for Voi, when this is not what we see in the market right now. I expected that they would markdown to atleast 2x revenue multiples. Something to be noted is that VNV doesn't have much choice as Voi is close to 10% of their portfolio right now.
