“Everyone has hindsight, but foresight is what’s important.”
That’s what Tan Sri David Wong, as Chairman for the Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM), finds in Sabah’s Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Noor.

You don't like, like anything else in life, you'd hindsight is useless because everybody's got hindsight. Foresight. It's, it's one of the things that not many people have. And, and from Big's point of view, we are grateful that the state government has his foresight and, and then set up the center. And you know, I mean, not only as far as arbitration centers, because other things as well in terms of policy and all that. And that's how important foresight as far as I'm concerned, I can't say I know that. Minister very well, but I've met him several times actually on the setting up the the Law Reform Advisory Council. What I find about here is very receptive to ideas and I understand that the way he he governs the state that he, he takes a lot of advice and then and take those advice on board and then come up with his if his plan of action for the state.
