We recently presented at the Quantum Technologies in Transportation Workshop organized by the Highly Automated Systems Safety Center of Excellence at U.S. DOT headquarters in Washington, D.C. Our presentation focused on a a recent study of quantum computing conducted for the Intelligent Transportation Systems Joint Program Office that resulted in two reports: one on quantum technology and the second on transportation applications most suitable for quantum computing and possible next steps for the department. The goal of the workshop was to help U.S. DOT best capitalize on advances in quantum technology going forward. Learn more about our Technology Innovation and Policy team’s work at is.gd/Xdk5Ut
