When you shut off the circuit breaker for a brief amount of time, you’re not actually turning it off. You’re simply disrupting the flow of electrical energy through that circuit. When you turn on the switch again, electrical power will start flowing through the circuit again– but at full force. To prevent damage to your electrical system, you really should shut off breakers prior to working on them or during any sort of maintenance so that there’s no power going through them while you’re servicing them. https://lnkd.in/gcJ-g4rB
