I caught a glimpse of the future today. Cruising up behind us was an electric truck! But not any old truck… A Volta Trucks truck! This little snippet of the future drafted past us whilst the #PauaRangers were out on a secret mission! And I got a cheeky wave from the passenger who was probably curious as to why three passengers wearing high viz in a little Zoe with crazy pink chevrons were staring at them! That’s is cool as it gets IMHO but, I am often called ‘sad’ by my wife. There may be something in this but, I don’t care, I’m throughly excited by eHGV, I can’t lie….❤️🔌🚚⚡️
Had the pleasure of driving one of the prototypes on the road a couple of years ago while testing with the Volta team. Got to say it was a different class, glad they are back. Electric rigids are the way to go for urban distribution and bio gas for longer range requirements
It looks very smart indeed Niall Riddell M.A.F.P BEV's are the future. Just look at the visibility from the cab, I bet the driver never misses a thing! 🤩👏
