🌟 Internship at Honda Breeze   I had the opportunity to work as a Business Development Officer intern at Honda Breeze from July 22nd to August 5th. This experience allowed me to gain insights into the automotive industry and the crucial role of business development.   During my internship, I conducted thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth opportunities. This experience helped me improve my analytical skills and strategic thinking. I also interacted with potential clients and existing customers to better understand their needs and preferences. Through this hands-on experience, I learned about the importance of adopting customer-centric approaches for driving business success. Additionally, I assisted in the development and implementation of business strategies aimed at expanding market presence and increasing sales. This involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure unified execution. I also analyzed competitors’ strategies and performance to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, which was instrumental in shaping our strategic initiatives. Hence, working at Honda Breeze provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of the automotive sector and highlighted the critical role of innovation and customer satisfaction in maintaining a competitive edge.   I am truly grateful to Honda Breeze for this incredible opportunity. Alhamdulillah! Thrilled to share the exciting news of completing my internship at Atlas Honda, marking an incredible chapter in my life filled with invaluable learning experiences. Throughout my tenure in the Production department, I immersed myself in understanding the automotive industry's intricate workings, witnessing the dedication of individuals contributing to the seamless manufacturing of bikes. One of the highlights was successfully completing the internship project, under the guidance of Muhammad Saeed , involving the design and implementation of an efficient system to count bike on the final assembly line. This endeavor provided insights into project management, fostering continuous improvement through methodologies like 5S, Lean Six Sigma, JIT, and Kaizen. What is the most important lesson from your career that you would like to pass on to your children? As my children finish up their school year, their curiosity is in full swing. They recently asked me how I ended up working at MAN Truck & Bus UK. Questions about me instead of their holiday plans? I'm surprised too. But thinking back, I figured it might be worth sharing here as well. During my studies, I started leaning towards hands-on experiences. The more practical my learning got, the more I was hooked. This led me to internships at Volkswagen, where I focused on parts pricing and strategy. Those experiences sparked my passion for tackling real-world challenges. Ready to jump-start my career, I aimed for a role in a lively city (being young might've influenced that choice!) and looked for a trainee program that could broaden my business insights, building on my parts internship. MAN's 18-month trainee program in Munich was exactly what I was looking for. It gave me a chance to dive into different aspects of business, especially in Business Development Parts. Joining MAN in 2007 was the start of an amazing journey that's still going strong 17 years later! Transitioning from university to the corporate world was both exciting and nerve-wracking, but every step has been incredibly rewarding. Lessons I hope my children take away from my journey is to stay open to new challenges, embrace the unknown, and be proactive in their career development. Most importantly, I want them to understand that everyone’s path is unique—there’s no right or wrong way, and they should do what feels right for them.
