We have always thought about Nova as a "horizontal" platform, which means we strive to have the best talent across different roles and sectors.
Horizontal platforms are 10x harder to create, but we do it with the conviction it will be 100x better for both members and clients in the long run:
1. For members: you not only want to network with people of your profile. A social platform is more useful if it has both a vertical and a horizontal component.
