It's about letting folks taste the goodness before committing to a scoop.
In the digital signature realm, where trust and efficiency are gold, this tactic has been our secret sauce. I remember when we launched, we knew just talking about its perks wouldn't cut it. People needed to see it in action. The fact that it has built in virality, is a cherry on the top for us!
So, we took a leap and offered it for free to everyone. It was nerve-wracking, but the response? Totally worth it. People were eager to give it a spin, see how it fit into their workflow.
Of course there is a cost associated with it, however, the feedback is worth it!
Most of our early trials were with law firms and accountancy firms. During these trials, chatting directly with them was eye-opening. Their feedback on usability, feature wishlist, and integration needs was pure gold. It wasn't just helpful; it was essential for shaping KwikSign product.
One feature that stands out for me is the integration of #KYC within the signature flow - this is a direct result of customer feedback and there are more examples of this!
Over time we have tweaked and polished the platform based on this feedback, making it more user-friendly, powerful and packed with features. And guess what? Adoption is increasing, and users are happier with the ease of use.
Now, I swear by the magic of free trials and beta testing for any SaaS product out there. It's not just about reeling in customers; it's about building trust, gathering insights, and constantly evolving to meet users' ever-changing needs.
