UX design is rooted in human psychology, and not only visual or technical design, because it is intended for you to want to use it, and know how to use it quickly just by looking at it. That means foresight is required in how to make an experience maximally useful, usable, and engaging for both prospects and existing customers. And because culture, generations, and tech is on the move, good UX is not just a "set and forget" scenario; you have to stay turned into the data and behavior to stay modern; otherwise, it can go stale and your engagement can loose steam compared to other competitors. I've been thinking about the principles I've learned that I wish I'd known when I started in UX. Principle two: Don’t Sweat the Little Things, Test Them Choose Battles Wisely: Advocating for good UX practices is important, but so is making allies. For decisions that are easy to undo, I’ve learned not to fight them, but to instead get them in front of users and see what testing reveals. Collaboration Not Competition: Testing shouldn’t be used as a weapon to prove a point. No one wins an argument. One person is embarrassed, and the other loses a potential ally. I’ve learned to avoid ‘I told you so’ moments by involving stakeholders as early as possible when shaping research.

Prioritizing Effective Changes in Design When design decisions start hindering your projects, prioritize changes effectively. Gather feedback, assess impact, and identify critical issues. For example, if a design tweak disrupts primary functionality, restoring it should be the top priority.
