Time to wrap up our experience at ecommerce.pl 2.0! This was our first trade show with Loyalz.io at an event dedicated to e-commerce, and we're thrilled with the incredibly positive feedback we received. Here are some key takeaways: - Unique Value Proposition: We were the only company offering a loyalty program and customer engagement platform, especially one backed by Web3 solutions. My hunch on participating in this event proved to be correct. - Promising Partnerships: We secured potential collaborations with 10 partners, exceeding our initial CPQL expectations. With further optimization, we're confident we can improve this even more on next event. - The Right Path: The event solidified our decision to expand Zest.agency into an agency with digital SaaS product tackling customer life time value. This aligns with Bartosz Ferenc's successful expansion strategy with Sembot, whose keynote speech on Sembot AI was incredibly interesting. - Learning from the Best: While we couldn't attend all the lectures at ecommerce.pl, the eMarketing.pl event the following day offered valuable insights. Greg Albrecht's talk on optimizing personal performance and Mateusz Haber's data-driven approach to improving email automation particularly resonated with us. - Flawless Organization: A huge shoutout to the ecommerce.pl team for a seamlessly organized event with zero technical issues and friendly, supportive staff.
