How was your night? 🤔 I was lucky enough to spend my evening at Le Pavilion for dinner in New York, with a fantastic group of go-to-market leaders! A huge thanks to Sangram Vajre, Karthiga Ratnam (GTM Partners), Alex Olley (Reachdesk), and the Demandbase team for hosting such a dynamic, and valuable gathering. The key takeaways that resonated with me: 1. The foundation of an effective GTM strategy lies in your executive team's commitment and culture. 2. Hearing about the innovative approaches my peers are taking in their GTM strategies was incredibly inspiring, offering actionable insights to apply in my own work. 3. Networking isn't just about making connections; it's about fostering mutually beneficial relationships and supporting each other's growth. 4. Partnerships and ecosystems remain one of the crucial drivers of strategy, revenue, and growth. Collaborating with the right partners can open new avenues and amplify success. 5. A lot of us need to use AI to move quicker to reduce slow manual data and process issues.
