At the Aftercare Forum today, Fiona Clouder emphasised the critical role of investment promotion agencies (IPAs) in addressing global challenges like geopolitical shifts, climate change, and the energy transition. She highlighted the urgency of the climate crisis, calling for concerted efforts to meet net-zero targets by 2050, with IPAs playing a vital part in attracting and sustaining investments that drive sustainable growth. Recognising the unpredictable nature of the world, Fiona advocated for IPAs to work together, share best practices, and develop professional standards, emphasizing that while competition exists, the challenges are too significant for any single organization to tackle alone. We are thrilled to share that MobexHealth has been featured in Centene Corporation's 2023 Sustainability and DEI Report! One of the highlights from the report is our collaboration with Centene on the Mobex Community Kiosks initiative. These kiosks have been instrumental in not only gathering Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data but also in providing convenient access to care for members. Through the Mobex Community Kiosks, located in various settings such as provider offices, retail stores, libraries, and shelters, members can seamlessly request support for food or housing insecurity, access educational resources for maternal health, utilize mental health and language translation services, and even schedule telehealth appointments. In 2023 alone, members interacted with our Mobex Health Member Connect Stations and hand-held tablets over 91,000 times! Of these interactions, over 7,000 were telehealth-related, and more than 25,000 were specifically related to addressing health equity needs. Digging deeper into these health equity interactions, the report highlights that members of the community most frequently sought assistance with housing (22%), food assistance (17%), transportation (12%), Medicaid renewal (20%), and much more. This data is invaluable in shaping and improving member care strategies, enabling us to continuously evolve and better serve our communities. We're incredibly proud to be part of such impactful initiatives and are committed to driving positive change through innovation and collaboration.
