A simple but powerful concept... If you are a business owner who does not have access to a group of peers to share thoughts, ideas, concerns, issues and successes with, then you should most definitely contact David Abbott to learn more about it The Alternative Board. Meeting monthly with your facilitator and your TAB peers each month is inspiring and motivating... but joining TAB has also helped me: 🔎 Gain more clarity my own strengths and limitations as a business owner 💡 Be more strategic 🙃 Understand how others view what I do from a variety of perspectives 💪 Feel stronger in my abilities to share my thoughts and view points 🤔 What I also find interesting about the TAB meetings is... not matter what industry you are in, the problems you face within your business are, more often than not, something many others can relate to... even if you work in a wildly different sector! Sharing your knowledge and experience from your own perspective, and knowing you have helped someone to make a more informed and positive decision is one of the joys of being a TAB member. It has been AMAZING so far... and I can't imagine my business world without TAB and my TAB peers in it! Thank you David Abbott and Alistair Clarke for supporting me and my business 🤩🤩🤩
Always great at asking the important questions, my TAB members help each other identify any issues or blind spots in their businesses. Their questioning frequently brings to light issues that members don’t necessarily want to deal with but need to address. Knowing that you will need to walk into your next meeting and report on your progress provides the positive peer pressure to accomplish those things that will truly grow your business.
