CONGRATULATIONS to the Cadets who highlighted the colors at the Marshall game First-year cadets Anna Redman, Luke Hunter, and Lucas Quatrara received the flags at Saturday’s football game against Marshall. Three football players, chosen because of their performance in the last game or at practice, carried the American flag, the state flag, and the team’s spirit flag and led the team onto the field. They delivered the flags to cadets at the south end of the field. The cadets, also selected based on their performance in the corps, rendered honors to the flags and carried them off the field. A special shout-out to Lucas Quatrara from Charlottesville, is also a member of the corps’ Citizen-Leader Track and is majoring in management in the Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business. A proven high-stress performer, he is known for his attention to detail and enthusiasm in helping his fellow first-year cadets. He is diligent in his cadet studies and scored a nearly perfect score on the new cadet knowledge test during New Cadet Week. Congratulations Lucas - we are proud of you! 🇺🇸 Collaborate. Innovate.
