Experienced strategist | Designs and develops global synergy and collaboration | Cultivates an innovative environment
In today's world, resilience is highly valued, yet it's essential to question whether there's a limit Recognising when resilience is stretched too thin and knowing when to seek help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Ultimately, resilience shouldn't come at the expense of well-being. Finding this equilibrium ensures individuals can navigate life's challenges with strength and support, knowing they don't have to face adversity alone. #resilience #supportnetwork #overcomingchallanges https://lnkd.in/e7THvzzs

Resilience isn’t in your DNA. You earn it with every hard climb. Picture a staircase, with each level representing a test or lesson. The journey begins with obstacles, setbacks, and small victories. Every time you rise to meet one, it strips away comfort, pushes your limits, and builds strength. That first climb feels impossible. But each stumble teaches you. Every fall toughens you. With each level, your resilience grows stronger. Step by step, your resilience becomes unbreakable. --- P.S. What’s one experience that strengthened your resilience? If this struck a chord, ♻️ share it onward. Follow Tainafi Lefono for more insights on resilience & well-being.

I've been reflecting on how to be more resilient in both my work and life. What I've realized is that resilience looks different in various situations. I used a few images from nature to capture the essence of what resilience may look like: 1) Image of a plant growing from concrete: This is a famous way to describe how resilience works, growing despite challenges. What inspires me in this image is the power of nature or the inner strength we all have. It's about trusting in something transformative inside us. 2) Image of a tree bending instead of breaking: For me, breaking denotes ego, while flexibility reflects openness and true freedom. 3) Image of a person sitting and reflecting: Taking a moment to rest is often undervalued but vital for resilience. What are your thoughts on this underrated aspect? 4) Image of hands together, planting a seed: We often associate resilience with strength and power; in reality, it is also about connection and collaboration. Building resilience involves reaching out, connecting, and working towards common goals. What do these images evoke for you? I'm eager to hear your thoughts on resilience. www.seekinself.com
