Conversations with numerous senior executives worldwide reveal a common theme: they lack a clear strategy for self-management along their professional journey. While these executives may ascend the corporate ladder, they often falter in garnering recognition not only for their achievements but also for the valuable insights they possess, insights that could benefit not just their own organization but also a broader audience. Non-confidential information holds significant potential when shared among peers in different organizations, not only for its intrinsic value but also for elevating an individual's visibility and stature within their field. It's a sentiment shared by WTI, advocating for executives to have dedicated PR support to amplify their narrative beyond their immediate circles, thereby enhancing their presence both internally and externally. Frequently, executives find themselves pondering why they were overlooked for a role or why their organization suddenly acknowledges their value only upon tendering a resignation, accompanied by tempting offers from competing firms.
