🎉 Celebrating 50 Years of Comac - 1985 Edition 🎉 In 1985, Comac achieved a significant milestone by 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆: a transformation that marked a new chapter in our journey. As we evolved, so did our machines. New designs emerged, while existing ones were perfected, all crafted from stainless steel and available in various dimensions. With our company's expansion, our impact on the Italian and European markets also flourished. This growth was guided by prudent investment management, ensuring a steady path forward amidst evolving challenges. Here is how our president Giancarlo Ruffo remembers that period: “At the heart of it all was the same simplicity, modesty and humility of the very first scrubbing machine. But Comac was growing, and so were its concerns. Every day was a challenge. We found ourselves in new situations. We were put to the test every second. The only certainty was the quality of our machines. To go on selling we had to go on improving the quality of our products”. Some highlights and key and takeaways: - 1 in 5 at the conference are 🇨🇦 (Cdn colleagues we have an huge opportunity for collective impact) - We can research, learn , evaluate and DO (!)all at the same time - If you’ve run into a challenge, chances are it’s something universal (keep going!) Being in community and thinking about shared challenges is generative and creates hope all at the same time.
