"New Year, New Me!" Sound familiar? This January, I'm offering you an alternative and an opportunity to focus on something that sticks: small, intentional actions that make a big impact. The new year often rolls around with a flood of lofty resolutions and grand plans to overhaul our habits or transform our routines. But here’s the thing: most resolutions don’t last because they’re too big, too vague, or too detached from the reality of our daily lives and, the funny thing is, we know this but still fall into the trap because we crave something more or something different for ourselves. So, if you'd like to focus on your happiness and wellbeing at work, I’m inviting you to try something different this year: The 28-Day Micro-actions Challenge. It’s simple: 🔸 28 days of small, meaningful, daily actions (you choose when you start). 🔸 Actions you can integrate into your existing routine - no overhauls, just small impactful tweaks. 🔸 Actions which are designed to reduce stress, strengthen connection and avoid depletion. Studies into habit formation show that small, regular actions can rewire how we approach challenges, connect with colleagues, and manage our energy. So, if you’re ready to turn positive intentions into impactful actions, download the 28-Day Micro-actions Challenge and see for yourself the difference small steps can make in your leadership and wellbeing. 👉 Download the Challenge Here: https://lnkd.in/ekCZkQwZ Happy New Year, Everyone!

During lockdown we ran a series of online seminars during World Wellbeing Week but I'm glad to be busy and in-person this June, with lots of live events and workshops. ⭐️ Building a Culture Of Wellbeing ⭐️ is a presentation I'm giving to a HR forum later this month and I wanted to share the outline in case it sparks any curiosity... ➡️ The Question - Why is wellbeing important? My signature 'wedding cake' exercise to get people thinking, scribbling and understanding their own wellbeing and how it impacts. ➡️ The Research - Explaining the 4x pillars of wellbeing at work and how they can impact individuals and drive culture. ➡️ Quickfire Ideas - low to no-cost, easy wellbeing initiative ideas. ➡️ The Science - How wellbeing impacts work performance including the signs to look out for. ➡️ The Framework - Using the science of Axiology as a framework to approach wellbeing and get the best out of people as a result. If this sounds like something suitable for your event, or you'd like to know more, drop me a DM and I'm happy to have a chat!

What's wellbeing got to do with creativity and performance? Turns out, pretty much everything. They go hand in hand. Yet sadly, Australia's rates of burnout in the workplace are skyrocketing. (66% of people have experienced burnout in the past 3 months, up from 53% just 2 years ago, according to Employment Hero's Wellness at Work 2024 report). That's why I created the Flow State Advantage. It's designed to address each of those issues head on. And it's been super cool to finally start running it for a few businesses the past couple of months. I've also learnt a ton and am refining the experience for an even better program for 2025. So if your business is looking to start 2025 from the best possible position, I've got space left for 4 new clients over Feb and March. Do let me know! It's "an experience unlike anything I've ever had at work" and allowed me to "learn about wellness in an unexpected and more holistic way". "Mind Blowing". :)
