A recent article by Workplace Wellbeing Professional states: "HR professionals are essential in enhancing workplace wellbeing, yet a recent study reveals a concerning trend. Approximately 22% of employees believe that HR professionals tend to overlook their own wellbeing while focusing on managing the wellness of others. It is a reminder that those we rely on for support also deserve care and attention for their own health and struggles." Remember, seeking help when needed is crucial, but acknowledging that HR professionals and managers have their own challenges is equally important.
