Happy Global Wellness Day We're excited to share the highlights of our Global Wellness Day event. Guests and team members united to raise awareness about the importance of wellbeing. Our day began with refreshing morning yoga and meditation sessions, followed by a collective effort to plant saplings and form a human mandala. To top it off, we offered a specially curated menu featuring healthy and sustainable dishes at GLOW. The month is dedicated to the notion that in between furthering our educations, raising our families, and building our careers, we need to take care of ourselves, as well. It's important because research has shown #selfcare activities can increase happiness by up to 71%. With that in mind, here are 5 wellness tips I borrowed straight from the #NationalWellnessMonth website. 1. Monitor sleep 2. Learn to meditate 3. Increase your water intake 4.
