Workplace culture is a fascinating topic and I believe that it starts with the mission and values we embrace for the business when we start. If the mission is to help businesses in growing through the services we provide, I believe in applying this mission actively within our workplace. How can we nurture growth and success among our colleagues? When individuals feel valued and have opportunities to thrive in a positive environment, it positively impacts their work. Do you agree?

Great message. The culture comes from the top and can't just be described, it needs to be embodied by the senior leaders. Also helpful to notice that challenges, stress and difficult thoughts or assumptions can pull people away from acting in line with the organisation's values. It's helpful to anticipate these in advance and have some ideas about how to go around, over or through the potential obstacles. Planning ahead is so helpful. In my business I have developed a set of "rules" that I follow for certain common, potentially challenging situations. It means that I don't have to think about what to do each time and also means that I can be consistent and fair over time. It also means I can feel calm when faced with the challenges and this makes it easier to act in line with my values, rather than reacting to any stress.
