Thank you to everyone who has stepped into our iconic space – we hope it feels like home. You’ve cheered, applauded, given standing ovations, learned new skills, rehearsed, warmed up, played music, sung, danced, laughed, cried, presented radio shows, performed for the first time, got engaged, discovered new love, become technical apprentices, gasped, donated, enjoyed tea, savoured Welsh cakes, giggled and everything in between. We look forward to continuing to fire your imagination. Diolch i bawb sydd wedi camu i mewn i'n hadeilad eiconig – gobeithio ei fod yn teimlo’n gartrefol. Rydych chi wedi bloeddio, curo eich dwylo, codi ar eich traed i gymeradwyo, dysgu sgiliau newydd, ymarfer, cynhesu, chwarae cerddoriaeth, canu, dawnsio, chwerthin, crïo, cyflwyno sioeau radio, perfformio am y tro cyntaf, dyweddïo, darganfod cariad newydd, dod yn brentisiaid technegol, ebychu, cyfrannu, mwynhau te, bwyta picau ar y maen, chwerthin a phopeth yn y canol. Edrychwn ymlaen at barhau i danio eich dychymyg.

I launched Mync Boutique while sitting alone in my car, across from a post office, with nothing but a vision and determination. The road was filled with obstacles, but each struggle reinforced my commitment to my dream. Today, Mync Boutique is a thriving symbol of female entrepreneurship and empowerment. For all the women out there who feel alone in their journey, remember: your solitary beginnings can lead to extraordinary achievements. Keep believing in your dreams. 🌟 #WomenInBusiness #EntrepreneurialSpirit #Empowerment
THANK YOU EVERYONE 😘

Recovering your databases are only part of the picture... Full Stack DR automatically orchestrates recovery for these database technologies along with everything else in your application stack that depend on the databases. We don't change the way you recover Oracle Databases, we simply use the Data Guard you already set up. You tell us about the OCI resources you are using along with primary and standby databases, and we do the rest automatically including getting your storage, load balancers, compute and applications running in the standby region of your choice.
Knowledge is power. Sharing knowledge is the key to unlocking that power. One step at a time. Thank you to everyone who shared their time and expertise in contributing to the work we do together. https://lnkd.in/gc_i-sU5

I want to say Thank You! I’m still processing what Christina and I have done over the last six months. When we started planning this conference, we never imagined it would become what it is today. The conference spans over two days, nearly 100 CEUs, four tracks, 12 hours of content on each track for two days, and over 85 speakers. But the truth is, we didn’t set out to make something this big—it happened because people saw the need for change and wanted to be part of something that could actually fix the problems in our field. As many of you know, the ABA world has become increasingly divided. There’s been so much anger, fighting, and lawsuits. We’ve seen professors, researchers, clinical workers, and experts canceled and silenced. It’s heartbreaking, and it’s not what any of us want for our profession. The idea for this conference came from a simple desire: to build a space where different voices—different opinions—could come together to talk, to learn, and to collaborate for a better future. My daughter, who’s entering this field as an SLP and BCBA, deserves a future, like all young adults, where collaboration is the norm, not the exception. That’s why I decided to do this. But as we worked, more and more people joined in. People from all walks of ABA life, who might not agree on everything but who share the same hope—that we can stop the fighting, stop the canceling, and start building something better together. Last Friday, I received some unexpected news that gave me pause with the conference. It was a moment that led me to reflect on everything Christina and I have worked on over the past six months. As we approach October 11 and 12, I realize that no matter how things unfold, this conference has already proven something powerful: most of us in the ABA field are united in wanting the same thing. We’re ready to move past the conflicts, the divisions, and the silencing of people. We want an ABA community that values collaboration, where differences are met with discussion, not discord, and where we can find solutions to strengthen our field. This conference is more than just an event—it’s a movement. It represents the collective desire for something bigger and better in the ABA world. I’m incredibly proud of everyone who believed in this vision, who took a chance on this conference and us, and who stepped forward to be part of this change. Together, we’ve shown that we’re not just hoping for a more unified future—we’re actively creating it. Thank you!

🙌 This is great news! Just purchased on Kindle and started exploring the book. I find this topic interesting and highly recommend Vlad's presentations at DDD. This book tries to dive deeper into design, beyond the typical "it depends" answer. My hope is that Vlad's work with these book, will help us have more productive discussions about architecture & design, by adding more nuances when it comes to coupling.

Almost five long years of blood, sweat, and tears… and it’s finally here! 🙌 Thank you to everyone who helped and supported me—we did it! 🎉 It feels surreal to finally hold it in my hands 🤗

Was just reading the foreword by Doug Tallamy...WOW! Here's a small sample... “Every once in a while, a book comes along that meets an important need most people don’t know they have. Sarah Jayne’s Nature’s Action Guide is such a book. Sarah could have called her book Conservation for Dummies—not that she wrote it for true dummies, but because she has identified a subject everyone needs to know but almost no one was ever taught: how to share our spaces with the natural world.” … “Sarah wrote Nature’s Action Guide as a complement to my book Nature’s Best Hope. My last chapter suggested 10 things homeowners could/should do to help share their property with nature. After reading my book, Sarah set about trying to enact each of these suggestions in her own yard but quickly realized that, even as an experienced gardener, she didn’t know enough to be successful. And if she didn’t know enough, many other budding conservationists were likely to struggle as well. Sarah’s solution was to write Nature’s Action Guide, a step-by-step, easy to use manual that explains how each of us, regardless of our background or gardening experience, can accomplish all of the goals I propose in Nature’s Best Hope, as well as several I only hinted at! Restoration biology is a relatively young scientific discipline a few decades old. Practicing restoration in human-dominated landscapes, in comparison, is in its infancy and we are still learning what works and what doesn’t work. One of its many distinguishing features is that Nature’s Action Guide is current, explaining state-of-the-art conservation in suburbia with the most up-to-date best-practices available. Even a half-hearted attempt to follow Sarah’s action items is guaranteed to improve the biodiversity potential of your landscape and thus the productivity of your local ecosystem. For this, we all owe Sarah Jayne our heartfelt thanks and gratitude—because, whether we appreciate it or not, we all depend on those same ecosystems.” Douglas W. Tallamy

I'm excited to say that Nature's Action Guide is finally published! Thank you to everyone who has helped make it a reality!

✨ Reflecting on an Amazing Event We Had Last Wednesday 🎨 Participants explored the powerful topic of unlocking their potential through NeuroGraphica® and the Professional Success Power Cards. At the start of the workshop, each participant received a card from the Professional Success Power Cards set, setting the tone for their journey and providing unique guidance throughout the process. Here are some highlights shared during and after the NeuroGraphica® drawing session: 🌟 Pain Relief/Headache/Tension: One participant shared that there was a physical pain before starting the drawing, but by the end, the pain was completely gone. Another participant noted feeling calmer after dissolving the catharsis, although some tension or headache lingered and by the end of the process, even these symptoms had disappeared. 🌟 Taking Action: Every participant identified the first step they would take to unlock their potential—turning insights from the drawing into an actionable plan. Thank you to everyone who joined and embraced this journey with openness and curiosity. I can’t wait to see the amazing things you’ll achieve! 💫

Pleased to share that the group I mentored in the Philtech hackathon won first place, and the solution we defined together will be implemented by Philtech! The Haifa Rape Crisis Center (HRCC) is a non-profit organization that fights sexual assault of all forms. We defined an AI-based solution (using LLMs) that will contribute to improving the center's productivity and the quality of the volunteers' assistance: 1) A system that knows how to give feedback and automatic feedback on a conversation between a volunteer and a sexually victimized woman. 2) Present the volunteer with a summary and status of what he did and his progress each period 3) Simulate synthetic conversations to train volunteers Well done to the great team for the hard work, and looking forward to seeing the system operating :)
