Do you know about Prophet Jesus? Do you know Prophet Jesus is in the Qur'an? Do you know how important the Prophet Jesus (Isa) is in Islam? Do know there's a whole Chapter (Surah) (19) in the Qur'an about his mother Maria (Maryam)? Do you know the Prophet Jesus is mentioned in Islamic lectures at times? Do you know how much respect and love Muslims have for Prophet Jesus? Do you know all the previous Prophets are in the Qur'an too? The Prophet Noah. The Prophet Moses. The Prophet Abraham. All the way back to Adam and Eve. Learning about Islam from mainstream media, and then thinking you know what Islam is about, let's just say mainstream media is the Worst and Least reliable source of information. Hence, the knowledge one may have about Islam, is very much prone to inaccuracy, and mistruths. One does not learn about Christianity, from the BBC or US news. One learns about Christianity from the Bible. Similarly, one does not learn about Islam from the BBC or US news. One learns about Islam from the Qur'an and Sunnah.
