I sold the stock at 567 but then now it went to 1245 in just 2 months. We sell the winning stocks whose prices are increasing fast and going up every day because we are scared they might lose money. So, we have good profit booking (realized profit). But we don't sell the losing ones (stocks whose market price is still below our buying price) So we have an unrealized loss in our portfolio because we hope they'll make money someday. Selling the winners and keeping the losers is like cutting the good stuff and taking care of the bad. When we let emotions control us instead of using them wisely, things go wrong. When it comes to investing money, we should think Is it smart to buy, keep, or sell? That leads us to talk about how much a company is worth. Is it a good deal, okay, or too expensive? That's why the fundamentals of a company are essential. #stockmarket #finance100x

We're all on the lookout for stocks that could give multi-bagger returns. Here's the deal: The good news is, that you likely already own a stock in your portfolio that could become a multi-bagger in future. The not-so-good news? You might not hold onto it long enough to see those multi-fold returns. Many people share stories like this: “I bought XYZ stock for ₹100 and sold it for ₹200. Later, it shot up to ₹5000 or ₹10000. If I had held onto it, I could have made a lot more money.” Reliance is a multi-bagger investment for those who've held it for a long time and bought it at lower prices, not for those who sold it early for smaller returns. #Investing #StockMarket #FinancialPlanning #MultiBaggerStocks #personalfinance

📈 What’s the Deal with Stock Splits? 📈 Ever heard of a stock split? It’s like taking a slice of pizza and cutting it into more slices of the same pizza! 🍕 A stock split increases the number of shares you own while reducing the price per share. Your overall investment value stays the same, just in more pieces. For example, If you have 1 share at $1000, a 10-for-1 split gives you 10 shares at $100 each. Same total value, but more shares. A few reasons why companies may do this: ☑️Accessibility: Lower share prices make stocks more affordable. ☑️Liquidity: More shares can mean more trading action. Now, when you hear about the next stock split, you’ll know what it means 😉📈 #StockSplits #Investing #marketmonday
