Do things the right way, even if that means things taking a bit longer to accomplish In a world where it’s easy to take shortcuts and look for quick wins, I believe that doing things the right way is better in the long run This might sound super obvious but I try to remember.... The rewards are worth the effort Embrace the process, and let your commitment to excellence lead you

Chief Operating Officer | Sales | Driving Growth & Operational Excellence in Global Training-Consulting | Leadership | Strategic Devt | Customer-Centric Performance | 500+ Clients | Top 100 Influential Filipino Women
July only has 22 working days. We have 39 projects to run. Can we handle it? Absolutely! At LJMB Training, our motto is “Kaya yan!” (We can do it!), and I’m incredibly proud of the positivity and determination radiating from our team. Negativity? We’ve left that behind. Here, it's all about the can-do spirit. Our team isn’t just meeting the demands; they’re exceeding them. Everyone is stepping up, giving their all, and turning challenges into triumphs. We’re not just facing these “good problems” – we’re embracing and transforming them into incredible opportunities. Here’s what sets my team apart: - Client-first mindset: Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. - Results-focused: We concentrate on completing our projects with excellence and efficiency. - Open and honest: We’ve created a culture free from negativity, where everyone practices Vulnerability-Based Trust (VBT). This means we support one another and share openly. Together, we’re committed to producing #greatwork, and this month is no exception. We’re pushing boundaries, lifting each other up, and proving that with the right attitude and culture, we can achieve anything! #leadership #teamwork #trust #clients

✨ Coaching Professionals How to Navigate a Career Transition by Exploring Their Short- and Long-Term LIFE Goals
I was always taught, as a leader of people in various businesses, to set crystal clear expectations. I found it critical for all members of the team to know specifically what is expected of their role, and it made perfect sense. However, the expectations of others can often cloud our ability to be our best selves, both personally and professionally. We tend to place expectations on others based on our own perspectives and experiences, which can lead to disappointment and strained relationships when those expectations are not met. Instead of imposing our views on others, we should strive to understand and accept them as they are. Easy to type this, but more difficult to execute. It takes practice! Having zero expectations of others doesn't mean lowering our standards or not caring about outcomes. It means recognizing that each person has their own journey and unique way of seeing the world. By approaching our relationships with acceptance and openness, we can foster genuine connections and effective collaboration. Whether with a spouse, peer, employee, friend or children, focusing on understanding and supporting their individual paths can lead to more meaningful and productive interactions. Embracing the diversity of perspectives and letting go of the need to control, allows us to grow together and be our best selves. Without a doubt, once I understood the power of divorcing myself from the outcome and began to accept others as they are, without expecting them to behave in a specific way (according to MY script), my stress levels plummeted.

Do you struggle with measuring your success?? May I suggest the following framework I learned from The National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). 🫣Novice: You are unaware of needs and problems and you lack the skill and experience to assist in solutions. 😳Beginner: You have enough knowledge to have an awareness of goals, problems, and strategies, but you still lack sufficient skills and experience needed to push for progress. 🤔Proficient: You now have skills and knowledge that allow you to be deliberate in your actions and you have the competence to make suggestions and decisions under guidance and leadership. 😎Expert: You have the experience and competence to act with confidence. Actions are automatic or at least comfortable. 🥸False Master: You may have skills and experience, but arrogance gets in the way of progress. This makes you complacent and difficult to work with. 🥷🏼The Sweet Spot - True Master: You have skills, experience, and a high level of competence, yet you are not afraid of new knowledge and you are willing to work back up the system to gain new experience and learn new skills. Any of these tiers is a healthy and realistic place to be. Don’t be too hard on yourself while you experience where you are. As you gain knowledge and confidence, never assume you know it all. Stay humble and willing to learn, even if it means starting from the bottom. ❓Where are you at right now❓

We turn your ideas into action faster | Group Manager - Digital & Enterprise Solutions @ Cprime | Elabor8
8 years. From last place to Premiers. 5 finals appearances before getting the flag. Patience & trusting the process was key. There's a lot we can learn from Chris Fagan & the Brisbane Lions who have been patient and focused on their team culture & the process of continuous improvement. We live in an instant gratification world, and the Lions could have easily sacked their coach when he didn't get the results sooner. But they didn't... They trusted their process and kept seeing improvement year on year. The same can be applied to our own personal growth or the corporate world. Putting in consistent work with a mindset of continuous improvement can lead to great success. There's already talk that the Lions will be even stronger next year. Why? Because they trust their process.
