Well it’s the first day of 2025 And what a year 2024 was to relflect back on… Of course you can talk about all the amazing things, which are shown in our company post below. But what really has made this year for me was a number a things… - firstly some valuable business lessons that has made me and others in the business to think differently at times of busy periods. - forming a senior management team in the business… I ask myself why this wasn’t done sooner, and very excited to see the structure at work in the new year. - 2024 was our busiest year to date… and at times this year felt like it was a little manic as a lot at the company would agree… but during these moments it made me see the value of what a great team we have become and to not take that for granted. - and lastly, learning to not spread to thinly across the business. Having been an engineer all my life, sometimes it’s hard to let go when you love something. We now have a structure that lets departments run themselves. It’s now time to focus on strengths in 2025 and let it grow. Anyway that’s enough of my rambling… Here’s to another year of LIV’in the dream, we have some exciting projects this year and also some great changes coming, and I’m sure many challenges along the way. We're pleased to share our FY24 performance, a testament to our collective efforts.   We reported $368.4 Mn in revenue in FY24, a growth of 15.8% Y-o-Y.   Hiral Chandrana, CEO at Mastek said, “FY24 was a transformational year for us, we are pleased to have delivered revenue growth of 15.8% Y-o-Y in dollar terms on a full year basis, with disciplined execution across all geographies. As 2024 comes to an end, I can’t help but look back at what has been an extraordinary year for RedOwl. It’s a story of bold ideas, relentless ambition, and the collective effort of a passionate team committed to making an impact. At the start of the year, Jitto and I had a simple yet powerful vision. We wanted to solve a problem we’d encountered throughout our careers: the lack of actionable insights in spend management. Transaction data often sits in silos, detached from the decisions it could inform, while businesses struggle to manage spend effectively in real time. But we saw an opportunity. With the rapid advancements in #AI, we envisioned a way to bridge the gap—connecting unstructured data to transactional data and embedding intelligence directly into the payment process. Our idea was bold: to enable real-time, contextual pre-authorization of payments by bringing AI directly to the payment rails. This innovation would transform corporate card payments into proactive tools, as intuitive and precise as bank transfers, by gathering transaction context before a payment is made. Turning this vision into reality was no small task. A major milestone came when Mastercard selected us for their prestigious #Start_Path Program. This opportunity not only validated our idea but also gave us the resources and guidance to build a POC, taking us from concept to execution faster than we could have imagined. However, what truly defined this year for me was the people who joined us on this journey. We were fortunate to attract some of the brightest and most passionate individuals to help drive this vision forward. What began with just Jitto and me at the start of the year has now grown into a 16-member RedOwl family. Together, we’ve combined cutting-edge AI with payment technology to build something truly transformative.
