Is your organization having difficulty with cash flow or revenue predictions are falling? Is your business looking like it is slowing down, and you have been looking at multiple reasons? There can be multiple factors that could be at play, and we will be bringing up each factor every week. One of the factors will be a dry pipeline. In that case you may have to look at your sales teams' closing ratio and find if the percentage of closed deals has decreased or increased. A decrease will indicate an issue with the sales/marketing team performance and an increase will only mean that there are very few deals in the pipeline.
