Leading the Way in Master Planned Development Texas Sparks Constructions LLC(www.txsparks.com) took up on the ambitious master-planned development project in Sherman, Texas. This expansive endeavor spans over 500 acres, incorporating residential, commercial, and multifamily development. The project, divided into six phases, was entrusted to TSC to spearhead the design and development efforts. TSC has successfully initiated the design development for the civil submittal of 250 residential lots, 36 acres of commercial space, and a 23-acre multifamily tract which is part of the Phase 1 development. In just one year, TSC achieved the platting and design of the civil plans.
