I like these questions; they transcend into other departments and teams within the company. Shadowing is a great way to start someone, but just as important is who they are shadowing. It's our primal instinct to learn by seeing someone else do it first. To nurture individual strengths, you have to have a good Leadership Team. A good leader can identify these strengths, envision their full potential, and then work each day to guide them forward. It reminds me of parenting; all my three children are different. I strive to be their best role model (Shadowing Me) and know their strengths and weaknesses. I'm here daily to nurture their Mindy, Bodies, and Soul so they can be their best version. .. and be better than me.
