The people at Water Lily are fundamentally the most important part of the business. We've been lucky enough to attract some very good people over the 100 years we've been in business. It's very important for us to. Grow our own talent so we we take pride in bringing people in at a young age and teaching them what we what we require. We spend quite a lot of money every year on training in addition to that which is really trying to improve every individual as a person. Because I believe if you improve the person, you improve the business. It's a great environment, family like business. I would say you might get that few people might tell you the same thing. It's just a nice company to work for. Walter, you're after their people and also the fact that you can develop in your career however you wish. And there's the training opportunities. I used to work for one of their competitors and I should have moved over a long, long time ago. For Waterly People are at the heart of its ethos and it's really wonderful to work in a company where you are heard. You are listening to, you are encouraged, and you're supported. Yeah.
