Happy New Year everyone! Here's a quick look in the rear-view mirror as we get started on the next one. We're so excited about everything we have planned at Wanda for 2024 – and what our team was able to ship in 2023. Although last year had its challenges for many, it's safe to say that living where we live, having the safety we are privileged with and being able to express ourselves through our work, is a tremendous gift. We wish for better times for all and a fruitful new year where possible! 2023 went by fast at Wanda, and here are some of the things we're so proud of bringing to life last year: 📈 Doubling our revenue AND our customer profitability in 2023 is a huge win for us and our company. 1️⃣ We've completed a larger set of product features making Wanda the first pure tech and logistics platform for circular consumption ♻️ Related to the above Wanda now offers second-hand sales, service/repairs, storage and recycling, at your doorstep. Second-hand sales have grown over 100% since the launch in Q2-23. 🤝 We've given our landing pages, booking flows and internal tooling huge overhauls, resulting in better conversion and more efficient operations 💰 Our improvements both in tech and operationally will make Wanda a profitable company in Norway in 2024 🚚 We've made huge structural and efficiency improvements to our logistics, including better route planning, a new cross-docking setup and greatly improved capacity automation, giving customers twice as fast access and Wanda better margins 🇪🇺 Wanda was awarded the EU startup prize for mobility, claiming a top spot amongst over 400 European companies. A huge recognition for us! 🟢 We've established improved sustainability reporting showing that Wanda has a net positive environmental footprint! This is why we do it. Lastly, hats off to all of our users giving us so many valuable insights and opinions about how to evolve our company. Equally to our product and operations team, fine-tuning Wanda week in and week out.
