With both vacations and business travel still not back to pre-pandemic levels, it's an important new type of guest for a hospitality industry that's been struggling to rebound. Ireland is famous for many things: from dramatic coastlines to stunning scenery, from social scenes and live music to literature and the arts. One thing it tends to fall short on, however, is the weather. Average temperatures in Ireland during Spring usually range from 4°C – 10°C. The days will finally be getting longer again after the Winter months. There is also Daylight Savings. It is when the clocks are turned forward by one hour, meaning sunrise and sunset are one hour later, extending daylight. On the downside, there can be up to 70 mm of rainfall on average in March. As Spring finally is in full bloom, leafy green trees and flowers grow again. The temperatures in Ireland thankfully rose to an average of 5°C – 11°C in April. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Imagine your next vacation with five-star service and support every step of the way. We can make that dream a reality as you book with confidence, and we find the perfect vacation to fit your level of luxury! 🏨💡 Transforming the Hospitality Experience: The Strategic Blend of Hotel Comfort and Vacation Rental Freedom 🛎️🏡 As the lines between traditional hotel stays and vacation rentals continue to blur, a new trend is emerging in the hospitality industry. Travelers are craving the fusion of hotel comfort with the personal touch and freedom of vacation rentals. This shift is not just about finding a place to stay, but about crafting unforgettable experiences. 👩💼 From my own travels, I recall a boutique hotel in the heart of Florence that offered personalized city tours, much like an Airbnb Experience. This hybrid approach not only enhanced my stay but left a lasting impression that traditional accommodations alone wouldn’t have achieved. So, here’s the question to my network: Have you experienced this blend of hotel and vacation rental elements on your travels? What stood out to you? ⚡️ Interesting fact: Properties that effectively combine the luxury and services of hotels with the authenticity and independence of vacation rentals are seeing higher guest satisfaction rates! 📣 Whether you're a hospitality professional or a traveler, I'd love to hear your thoughts and stories. Are these hybrid models the future of travel? #HospitalityIndustry #TravelTrends #HotelExperience #VacationRentals #InnovationInTravel

❄ 'Coolcation' trend is heating up and represents a unique opportunity for mountain resorts investing ⛰ As mentioned in one of our article (https://shorturl.at/Yr2t2), the rise of the “Coolcation” trend – where travelers seek cooler climates and active summer getaways – presents a huge investment opportunity in mountain resorts. This trend was also recently part of the focus in a Vogue's article (https://shorturl.at/zNv0H), highlighting how destination like Gstaad - Come up, slow down will benefit. Why? Resorts that offer a mix of year-round activities, luxury accommodations, gourmet dining, and easy access are becoming highly desirable. These cater not only to winter sports enthusiasts but also to those seeking wellness and relaxation during the summer while still experiencing premium experiences and lifestyle. Investing in these destinations means tapping into a growing market of travelers looking for off-the-beaten-path experiences, especially in resorts that can drive demand year-round. With climate concerns pushing travelers away from hotter regions, the mountains are becoming a new form of luxury escape. Mountain resorts investing has been at the forefront of Vertell Asset Management's investment strategy and trends like coolcation are reinforcing our conviction that this market is poised to grow significantly in the coming decade. #InvestmentOpportunities #MountainResorts #hotelinvestment #HospitalityTrends #LuxuryTravel
