Only 6% got accepted ✔️ Baltic Youth LAB is appreciated and demanded internship program taking place 7 years in a row. Super happy to see Youth LAB alumni (especially from 1st, 2nd seasons) flourishing and sharing their experience with fresh interns. Some of them are SEB employee since very beginning when Youth LAB program started in 2018 and some of them got back after 2 or 5 years. BTW and of those accepted up to 30% remain as (or become after some time) SEB employee <- slightly better numbers 🫢 #SEBlife #YouthLAB #ExperientialLearning

Be curious and agile, stay informed on global trends, actively seek international experiences, draw growth plans, and put yourself out there. 🔄 Shedding old habits is key to progress. Identify and discard practices or beliefs that no longer serve you, making space for new approaches and fresh perspectives. 💪 Internships, volunteer roles, and personal projects will build your resilience and can significantly boost your ability to handle global uncertainties. As summer has officially come to a close, we've been reading your posts about internships, experiences abroad, and new projects you have immersed yourselves in here in Hong Kong. It is inspiring to see how members of our network have traversed new terrains, attempted many firsts, and been pushing boundaries, challenging stereotypes, and getting out of their comfort zones to learn more about themselves but also, the world beyond Hong Kong’s borders. 📚✨ At the DEIJB Lab, we understand that our experiences shape who we are and how we see the world. Whether you spent your summer at home, interning, traveling for studies or to meet family, or volunteering, we hope it offered you opportunities for growth in understanding and empathy. 🌟 Celebrating the Closing Event of the CEU Internship Program in Prague! 🌟 Last week we celebrated the successful conclusion of the CEU Internship Program in Prague! 🎉 This program has been an incredible growth, learning, and collaboration journey for both our interns and the CEU Management. The CEU Internship Program has provided our organization with a unique opportunity to engage with the minds of Gen Z. The interns have challenged our management to think outside the box, bringing fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a renewed energy to our workplace. For the interns, this program has been a transformative experience. They have had the chance to bridge the gap between theory and practice, putting their knowledge and skills into action. The opportunity to see their work come to life has been both rewarding and empowering. Through social learning, teamwork, and cooperation in the office, interns have developed essential soft skills vital for success in today's workplace. Moreover, the program has significantly increased the interns' confidence by taking on real responsibilities and delivering tangible results. A big thanks for your presentations: Farwa Babar, Ashwin Upadhyay, Sumit Dubey, Tanaka Musesengwe and Aneta Močková, also Petra Sochacka for leading the program. As we bid farewell to this year's CEU Internship Program in Prague, let's celebrate the achievements, friendships, and memories created. McGovern was a panelist at the Employability Plenary during June’s International Internship Conference in Dublin. 🎓 Facilitated by Dr. Maureen Manning from The PIE, the theme was “Cultivating Global Professionals: Exploring Key Factors in Post-Graduation Employability.” 💬 We’d love to hear your thoughts on these three standout points that were made during the panel: 🔺 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝟭: Early exposure to travel is important.
