The designation, which is given by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), includes top-performing carriers who demonstrate a commitment to emitting fewer pollutants and driving cleaner in their operations. According to the EPA, "just over two percent of all SmartWay truck carriers operate fleets so clean and efficient that they make the SmartWay High Performer list for all metrics."
Green Transportation has been officially recognized on the SmartWay High Performer Carrier list for all metrics.
