3moAre you aware of the Emissions issues from the Eco Vista Waste Management Property at 2210 Waste Management Drive, Springdale Arkansas? This same property includes the Birdsong Wildlife Sanctuary of NWA but continues to petition to expand the landfill area, while Emitting Vapors that, I feel, killed over 100 birds in the same area a couple years back. Arkansas Game and Fish commission tested the birds and stated they died of Chocolate poisoning. In Test Documents from CETH, 5 Chemicals WERE identified to be exceeding the EPA RSL Limits. 2 of these were extremely over limit and are Acrolein and Benzene. Acrolene: RSL = 0.021 ug/mg Sample Range Identified = 0.17 - 0.48 ug/mg Benzene: RSL = 0.36 ug/mg Sample Range Identified = 0.36 - 1.1 ug/mg Carbon Tetrachloride: RSL = 0.47 ug/mg Sample Range Identified = 0.47 - 0.50 ug/mg Chloroform; RSL = 0.12 ug/mg Sample Range Identified = 0.25 - 0.26 ug/mg Naphthalene: RSL = 0.083 ug/mg Sample Range Identified = 0 - 0.86 ug/mg
