As National Stop on Red Week wraps up, we want to thank everyone who pledged to drive safer and stop on red. Your commitment, not only during this week but every day, contributes immensely to reducing crashes and injuries and saving lives. The alarming statistics, with 1,149 lives lost and over 107,000 injuries due to red-light running, highlight the critical need for the action you've taken.
Safety is a responsibility we all share, and by choosing to prioritize it, you're helping safeguard our communities, families, and especially our children. We encourage you to keep the momentum going. Continue sharing the toolkit, talking about safe driving practices, and reminding friends and family about the importance of stopping on red.
Your actions create ripples that extend far beyond this campaign. Together, we're making our streets safer for everyone. Thank you again for your participation and commitment to making a difference. Let's keep this spirit alive throughout the year. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gRYVPEPa

3moReally great company as a whole. When I was ops Mgr in PCB FL, I had a great team of employees and all were treated equally. From the slinger on the back of the truck to the General Manager. People were given the floor to express their feelings and to give feedback good and bad in an open forum, of course, for those that chose to speak one on one behind closed doors, the policy was to have an open door and hear them out. I got to experience going to the corporate office many times throughout the year and the same mentality applied there as well. Most large companies you might know who the CEO is, but at Waste Pro you not only knew them, but they knew you. If you voiced a concern or made suggestions on how to improve things, your opinion actually mattered. If you are lazy and just want to skate by, this isn't the company for you...but if you are hard working and have good ideas. You could speak very candidly to those in senior management roles. Each division has their own unique challenges and some are much harder to manage than others, but you can rest assured that you are supported and driven for excellence. I have a lot of admiration for the top brass such as John ans Sean Jennings, Keith Banisiak, and Court Sabina.
