Blake Oliver, CPA interviews John Briggs about his 3.3 Rule. It's based on concepts that are universal to how humans do their best work. Basically, to get the most done, for every 3 hours of work you should take an hour of doing something else.   It helped him improve his own quality of life and that of his staff.
