I’m generally not one who believes in resolutions or the mystical power of a new year; resolve by simply taking a step forward and today is as good a day as any to do it. But I do know I need to grow in goal-setting, so here is my step forward for accountability. 1. Read one business-related book each quarter — please give me suggestions! 2. Develop a new skill or methodology. Currently eyeing interactive tools like Rive or growing my CX understanding. 3. Use my volunteer hours for mentoring students.
