To aid some research I am doing, does anyone have or can point me to the PCI DSS "Summary of Changes" documents from Version 1 to the current version? Also, is there somewhere I can get all the older versions of the Standard?

I've sent you a resource that you might find helpful. This should give you access to plenty of archived documentation.

I was looking for them as well. I found them in the Document Library. If you check 'Show Archived Documents' under the Submit button, you can get the summaries back to version 1.1

Take a look at ispartnersllc.com/blog/pci-dss-versions for the version changes at a high level. Not sure where previous versions will be. I may have 1.2 somewhere.
