Many of our programs can be tailored to fit your company or organization, and that’s what we’ve done in our partnership with Women in Aviation. Rising women leaders across the aviation industry came together to take Women in Leadership. Here’s what participants who completed the program had to say:

I had an interesting conversation with three great leaders in Sweden. We discussed women leadership and the reasons why until today they felt that talented women are marginalised in private and public sectors failing to reach their full potential. Listening to their experience I could find many similarities with the stories of women leaders I’ve spoken with in the DRC. The most surprising reason for failure of women leadership initiatives in europeen societies is the reluctance of women in powerful positions to help and pull up the younger generation to raise. For the last 4 years, Nkelo Bantu in collaboration with several stakeholders has been working on this topic in the #DRC, empowering young talented women with leadership skills, coaching and mentorship. I felt the need to share an advice that Nicole Ntumba Bwatshia, deputy chief of staff of President Félix A. Tshisekedi Tshilombo gave at our 2021 forum during a panel while exchanging with young women leaders. ‘ It is not because you are in lack of women in your organisation that you should use me as a statistical number to fill your inclusion box. Never accept that reductive state’ What does this phrase mean to you ?
