Pairing sherry with food can really elevate your dining experience. Try a Manzanilla with seafood, an Amontillado with mushrooms or Oloroso or an old Fino with rich meats. Your taste buds will thank you!

💡How do you work with restaurants post-sale to ensure your wines are well integrated into their menus and promoted effectively?
👨💻Just created custom table tents to support wines featured at a restaurant's wine dinner last week. Beyond the design, I believe in the power of follow-up support to enhance experiences and ensure success. But it got me thinking: How do you ensure your placements continue to thrive post-delivery?
✔️Follow-up isn’t just about ticking a box; it’s about building relationships, understanding impacts, and fostering continuous improvement.

Greater than 98% of Michelin caliber restaurants serve average or mediocre coffee to their guests.
Is the coffee you serve as complex as the wine you serve?
it should be.
As or more complex than the wine you serve.
Because coffee is culinary.
If you want to establish a thoughtful, by the cup single origin coffee program that extends the ticket, creates culinary opportunities, and increases profits, so that your guests have an unparalleled experience from beginning to end, I can help you.
Or maybe it's ok to have one aspect of your restaurant to be an afterthought.
You can decide.

3 common mistakes when ordering wine
The wine lists at all restaurants can be overwhelming, but even more so at fancier, more expensive restaurants! But I have a few key tips to ease your anxiety and help you order the perfect wine every time.
1️⃣ Use your sommelier’s expertise: if the restaurant you are ordering from has a sommelier, then you are in for a treat, as they typically know the history of the wines and wineries on their list. So, never be afraid to ask for help!
2️⃣ Focusing Only on Price: a lot of us, maybe not to seem cheap, order the second-cheapest bottle — a mistake.
3️⃣ Try pairing with your main course: When you’re looking over the wine list, try to consider your main course and how the wine will enhance your meal.
Avoid these common mistakes and elevate your dining experience. Have you made any of these mistakes? Share in the comments and follow me for more wine tips. Cheers!
