On my walk this morning I listened to The Recruitment Mentors Podcast episode featuring Gareth Fox which is about headhunting strategies and how developing new business skills can future proof your career. Hishem Azzouz’s goal with the podcast is for people to listen and learn from the open and honest conversations with recruiters across the globe, to equip us with knowledge on how to be better. The podcast dives into the nitty gritty of the daily habits and mindset of recruiters that allows them to be so successful.
