We are passionate about supporting leaders and thinkers who inspire positive change. Today, we’d like to highlight the important work of Emma Seppälä, Ph.D., whose latest book, "Sovereign", is a must-read for anyone seeking to lead with resilience, clarity and purpose. Emma’s research on well-being has long been a source of inspiration. "Sovereign" explores how personal sovereignty – mastery over one's thoughts, emotions and actions – can transform not only individual lives but also organizations and communities. We highly recommend this powerful book for anyone committed to personal growth and impactful leadership. #BuildingWealthierLives #wealthmanagement #wellbeing

"Empowering better tomorrows starts within. By recognizing and addressing our inner obstacles—whether it’s blame, helplessness, self-righteousness, or cynicism—we can unlock our potential to be part of the change. Embracing imperfection, letting go of ego, and taking small but meaningful actions are practices that empower not only ourselves but also those around us." We are hard-wired to pull back when things get hard, yet the greatest gifts are often on the other side. Runners know the feeling of hitting the wall, wanting to stop, and if you can push onward. Invariably, there’s this second wind – a new surge of energy that carries you forward. (I’m working on this with my son right now) Tenacity requires a mindset shift to believe in new possibilities, to keep at it, and to find a way through. Tension requires tenacity. Persistence. Grit. Holding steady through hard things to open into what is next. It’s hard to hold both – the discomfort and the awareness that tension brings. But tension invites us to pause, to look inward, and, in that stillness, to uncover insights about ourselves and the path forward. Awareness that may not have been there otherwise. #Tension #awareness #leadershipdevelopment #leadership #executiveleadership https://hubs.ly/Q02WZZSv0

What Is the Most Important Thing in Life: A Reflection In the constant rush of life, we rarely pause to reflect. Recently, I took a step back and wrote about something close to my heart—the power of solitude and the strength found in facing life’s challenges. This piece captures a personal journey of resilience and transformation. It's not just about enduring hardships; it's about becoming more self-aware, and those qualities, I believe, are essential in leadership, life in general and business. I’d love for you to read it on our blog at Morgan and McCoy, sharing the link below: #Leadership #Resilience #PersonalGrowth #Transformation

As more and more systems at work and at large are in flux, GENERATIVITY as well as REST become critical to support the deconstruction process. Breaking down the old, picking at things we don't like, judging, and complaining are easy. But being a true leader for change means that you have the sovereignty, the maturity, the spaciousness, and the ENCOURAGEMENT to create the new; to take what resonates and leave the rest behind. https://lnkd.in/gsyfZcjE #generativity #changemanagement #sovereign #leadership

Leaders of the New Era 2025 is going to be one of the most pivotal years of change in our lives. Fear will either tighten its grip or become the ally that shows us a shared path to transformation. As leaders, we are tasked not only with navigating our own shadows but also with inspiring others to rise above fear and embrace a higher potential. Thomas Hübl, PhD's insight resonates deeply: "To heal, we must work with trauma at individual, ancestral, and collective levels." This is the work of our time. Leaders who trust the wisdom of the heart—who embody courage and compassion—are the way-showers of this new era. Through authenticity and presence, we can guide others to a future grounded in resilience, and collective healing. I invite you to explore my latest article, Navigating Fear: A Personal Reflection on Collective Transformation, where I delve into the role of fear as both a challenge and a teacher. Together, let’s reimagine leadership as a force for positive change and unity.

Taking a step back in order to move forward - Sometimes practicing active waiting and leveraging adversity can yield better results than fighting the situation. In this article I wrote recently, I discussed how to surrender ourselves and allow things to unfold and reveal a better way to resolve the challenge. Waiting or yielding doesn’t mean doing nothing or following something blindly. It’s a strategy to get things done with the least resistance and effort. #leadership #EQ https://lnkd.in/gfe4ePNr
