Pride: a chance to celebrate diversity, inclusion, and build genuine connections with the LGBTQIA+ community? Or just another marketing opportunity to slap a rainbow 🌈 on your logo? It’s not easy to craft a truly impactful Pride campaign. Get it right and you’ll be hailed a champion of inclusivity. Get it wrong and you face a backlash that could damage your brand’s reputation. So how can you create Pride campaigns that resonate with the LGBTQIA+ community and drive real impact? Join distillery, The Diversity Standards Collective & British LGBT Awards for Pride: distilled, a LinkedIn live stream to discuss the best, the worst, and the distinct lack of 2024 Pride campaigns from brands across the globe. Interesting findings regarding hybrid work vis-a-vis women carrer progression and closing the gender gap. Wondering how many companies are keeping this in mind while assessing their way-of-work going forward 🤔

Choose to surround yourself with talent better than you. Don’t hire people with the same strengths as you. Hire/promote those who can make up for your weaknesses. The best leaders know this and practice this. #leadership

LOVE | IMPACT | LIFELONG-LEARNING - Generalist who loves to take Deep Dives building systems & structures for a more just world
Change the game, don’t let the game change you. We can make new rules & we can run our systems on the undercurrents of new stories. We can shift from a story if scarcity to a story of abundunace. Switch from competition to collaboration. The first step in my perspective is to question our hyper individualization & tap into the collective. The homeless person we pass by numbing ourselves to their pain is much more a a collective symtpom of our symptom than an indivual one. When we train our hearts to open again to the pain of others & see it as a symotom if the whole, we will start asking different questions to the status quo, eventuqlly leading us to tell new stories.
