Within the Construction sector, Randstad has partnered with an amazing charity called The Lighthouse Charity who has supported over 4,200 families! In 2025, we have featured the Lighthouse helpline number on wall planners and desk calendars, which are being distributed to over 3,500 construction sites across the UK. By promoting mental health awareness and providing immediate support options, these services can help prevent crises before they escalate.
