9 years ago, I made the BEST decision of my life I decided to work with Ratnabali And here’s why I hope to work with them for another 9 years - 1. No room for stagnation From day one, I was given the space to explore ideas, experiment, and learn by doing. If I had an idea, I could pursue it. If I needed resources, they were available. While we all know money talks, its message can be limited. What truly captured this candidate’s attention was the company culture and the team they’d be joining. The chosen company highlighted a supportive environment where collaboration and innovation thrived. For this candidate, the opportunity to work alongside a great team made all the difference. Building strong relationships and being part of a positive culture mattered more than a higher salary. This reflects a significant shift in what candidates prioritise. What working with international organizations/companies did to me 👇 Don't read this if you're a local recruiter/job seeker. I've had amazing experiences with local companies but I'm yet to find one that meets global standards in terms of employee rating, customer satisfaction, etc. But here's what happened to me: 📌 Having access to free learning materials for career growth. Yes, these companies know that to get the best output from you, you must develop yourself constantly to be the best! So your training and courses are paid for. 📌 Supportive work environment. Have you ever worked in a place that constantly belittles your efforts and makes you doubt your skills? I've been in and out of there on different occasions. 📌 Cultural exposure, you get to meet and work with individuals with quite diverse backgrounds and experiences. This is why you need to hone an open mind in your journey of personal development. Be ready to learn and unlearn what you know today. I'll be sharing my journey of landing remote roles. A company where we can play multiple roles by Doing things for which we got hired for and which we have taken as a profession. and Doing things which we love to do and is our hobby, passion with next level of creativity and can help company in some way to grow. Is there any company -which allows its employees to work out of their department/role. - which takes inputs and ideas from their employees - which tries to know its employees full strength and their hobbies or creative side. - which gives at least 1% of its personal time for employees who give more than 50% of their time to company. If such companies exist and follow at least one of the above, then they are already successful in a true way. If not, give it a try to taste the real success as a company.
