The way I see the world evolving is that there's going to be more AI assistance, more AI tools that will help to do the low value tasks that humans don't like doing and free us up to do the more high value tasks, which we're really good at. And in particular for the sales and kind of revenue function, there's Great Pizza by Mike Mark from Kraft was just saying that there's like 1000 micro interactions that happen in the sales. End to end process from the initial research and finding in the top of funnel, then all the way through to actually closing the deal. And there's no way you're going to just hand that over to an AI to handle the whole thing. There's too much trust that needs to happen, especially for hire ACV deals. So where is the human in this world of AI? Every human you know has this AI assistant little helper that can do a lot of heavy lifting in the background, but at the end of the day, it's still going to be humans. Talking to other humans.
