A powerful video that reminds us of the importance of checking in on people. As a former Mental Health First Aider, I know the value of asking open and honest questions. If you are worried about someone, tell them. Even if someone appears to have everything together, check in. A conversation can make all the difference. Remember, the conversation you are putting off can save a life. Let's break the stigma surrounding mental health and ask people how they're feeling, and take time to listen. #mentalhealthawareness #breakthestigma #suicideprevention #letstalk
