Many apparel businesses struggle with accurately estimating manufacturing costs 👎🏽 To run a profitable business in apparel, accurately estimating the manufacturing cost is crucial 📈 In my early days in the apparel industry, I learned a crucial lesson about the significance of accurately estimating manufacturing costs On one day I opened my accounts statements to have a casual look and I was surprised by one of the costs that was our manufacturing cost which was terrible I was very upset by this and determined to overcome the challenge After doing some research the things which I learnt is more crucial in my business on this I will share the tips and don’t fail to implement in your business -->When I kicked off, I took a deep dive into how I sourced materials and shuffled them to the factory. Making that process slick not only saved me headaches but also dollars. -->Late-night chats with suppliers became my thing. It led to discovering top-notch materials that didn't burn a hole in my pocket. Quality meets affordability, my golden combo. -->Training my team became more than just a necessity; it became a passion project. A skilled and happy crew is a secret weapon against costly blunders -->Building strong bonds with suppliers turned out to be more than just business.
